Shipping

If the product is in stock, your order will usually be shipped the same or the next business day. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but we always try to send your order within 7 days. Should the delivery time unexpectedly exceed 7 days, we'll state this on the website, with the product, or inform you by email.

We ship most orders as a (letterbox) parcel via PostNL. The parcel almost always fits through the letterbox, so you don't need to be home to receive it.

It's also possible to collect an order in Groningen. Pickup is by appointment only. Please contact us for the options.
