A humidity and temperature sensor for Itho CVEs — 1-to-1 pin-compatible with the original Itho sensor. Handy as a replacement for a broken sensor, or to retrofit a sensor into a CVE that doesn’t have one. Works together with the CVE WiFi add-on.
Retrofitting
With a bit of tweaking you can also fit the sensor into older CVE models without one — roughly all Itho CVEs that support the WiFi add-on and have a blue lid. A tweaker showed how it’s done.
Delivery
Order the sensor together with a CVE add-on and we’ll include the connection cable (the CVE add-on has a connector for this sensor). Want to use it with a non-CVE module? Drop us an email and we’ll solder the connector on free of charge.
When don’t you need it?
Recent Itho CVEs (with a light-grey lid) already have a humidity sensor. The add-on reads it out automatically — you’ll see temperature and humidity in the web interface and through the APIs and integrations.
